Skincare packaging covers a vast range of packaging types, in glass and plastic materials. From jars to dropper packs, to bottles, sprayers and airless packaging. Airless Jars
Airless packaging is essential for products with active ingredients ensuring they have no contact with oxygen which can spoil the product. Airless packaging reduces the need for preservatives which means the product can be kept natural and clean.
Monro offers a range of luxury double walled airless jars available in capacities 15ml up to 50ml.
Refillable airless jars available in 30ml / 50ml and 100ml capacities.
All suitable for skincare, sun care, haircare and make up formulations with low MOQ’s available.
Multiple decoration techniques are possible on all of our airless dispensers from silk screen printing to spraying to metallisation.
Airless Bottles
Monro are proud to offer a full range of refillable airless dispensers in both plastic and glass.
As well as refillable packaging solutions Monro also offers a full range of PP airless pumps from 10ml up to 100ml capacities which are all available with the addition of post-consumer recycled plastic.
Traditional single and double walled airless pumps are available in a wide range of capacities up to 100ml.
Multiple decoration techniques are possible on all of our airless dispensers from silk screen printing to spraying to metallisation.
Flexible Tubes
Flexible and airless tubes are extremely versatile packaging solutions offering high level protection for a wide range of formulations making them perfect for all skincare / personal care / hair care / sun care and make up products.
Monro offer a large range of cylindrical and oval flexible tubes available in capacities ranging from 3ml up to 200ml.
All available with innovative applicators, such as our new zamac roller, sharp nozzle, large nozzle and flat headers and matching screw cap, flip top cap or disc top cap closures.
Narrow diameter tubes with innovative applicators to give precise application which use a patented valve system to prevent the product drying out or leakage. Available in capacities 3ml up to 25ml.
All tubes are available in either PCR or bio plastics with low MOQ’s.
Glass Bottles & Droppers
For controlled dosage droppers are the perfect packaging solution for all facial and cosmetic formulations.
Monro offer a full range of luxury heavy weight glass bottles with teat and push button droppers.
Available with LDPE wipers to prevent leakage and excess product wastage.
Multiple decoration techniques are available including internal spray finishes, silk screen print and hot stamping.
Perfect for all skincare and make up formulations with low MOQ’s.
Heavy Weight PET Bottles
Monro offers a wide range of premium heavy weight PET bottles are fully recyclable.
The crystal-clear PET gives a glass like appearance with the added safety of plastic.
All bottles are available with a wide range of droppers, spray and lotion pump. The bottles are also available in 100% PCR.
Perfect for all skin and body care formulation.
Glass Jars
Luxury heavy weight glass jars with PP and ABS caps available to accommodate a wide range of formulations.
Capacities ranging from 3ml up to 120ml.
The PP caps are available with 30% PCR.
Multiple decoration techniques available all with low MOQ’s.
Thick-Walled PET Jars
Crystal clear PET to give the appearance of glass with the added safety of plastic, Monro are happy to offer a full range of luxury thick-walled jars in 100% PET making the range fully recyclable.
Capacities range of 5ml to 500ml and all with low MOQ’s.
Multiple decoration techniques are possible on all of our jars from silk screen printing to spraying to metallisation.
As well as luxury thick-walled jars, Monro also has a full range of simple PP jars.
