Make Up
Monro’s packaging options for make-up include every type of packaging for Face, Eyes, Lips, allowing us to support colour cosmetic brands across each category with a wide range of packaging options.
Although most colour cosmetic packs are used multiple times, often the packaging itself cannot be refilled or reused. Monro has a strong wish to encourage Brands to:
- adopt materials which contain recycled content (PIR or PCR)
- use more sustainable materials such as paper for make-up palettes
- use refillable packaging
Lipsticks
Monro offers an extensive range of stock and custom lipstick packaging.
The range includes lipsticks in 12.1mm and 12.7mm cup sizes in both plastic and aluminium, airtight lipsticks, slimsticks, pansticks and mini’s.
As well as traditional lipsticks we also offer a range of eco lipsticks which are fully recyclable and the option to add post-consumer recycled plastic.
Multiple decoration techniques are available including spray finishes, silk screen print and hot stamping all at low MOQ’s.
Compacts
Compacts remain one of the most versatile packaging formats in colour cosmetics providing solutions for eyeshadow, highlighters, bronzers, brows, concealers, blush, lips and many more.
Monro offers a full range of individual compacts and palettes starting from 30mm diameter up to 59mm with the option to customise your insert layout and sizes.
All compacts are available with the addition of post-consumer recycled plastic or bio plastics at low MOQ’s.

Cardboard Palettes
Monro’s cardboard palettes offer totally bespoke packaging at low MOQ’s starting from only 2.5k.
Cardboard palettes give a much wider level of creativity and flexibility not seen on most plastic components with almost all designs achievable.
Monro offer full end-to-end service with in-house design, 3D renders and sampling which cut down the overall development time and improve speed to market.
All cardboard palettes and compacts are also available in either refillable or 100% recyclable formats.
Powder Jars
Monro has a large range of jars suitable for loose powder products.
Available with a range of standard PE, turntable, and luxury mesh sifters.
A large range of capacities available starting from 3ml.

Perfect for all make-up, tanning minerals and fragrance products.
Lip Gloss / Mascara
Monro offers a wide range of lipgloss and mascara bottles in double walled, single walled, double-ended, mini, and flexible tubes. All available with a wide variety of applicators to suit every formulation.
All packs are available with the addition of post-consumer recycled plastic at low MOQ’s.

Monro also proudly offers 100% PET lipgloss packs which means they are fully recyclable.
Suitable for all make-up and hair styler formulations.
Cosmetic Pens
Monro offers airless click and twist pens with a wide range of applicators from brushes to zamac cooling tips.
Most applicators are available with anti-leak valves to prevent leakage and protects the integrity of the product.
The pens are available in PP or aluminium sheathed to give the added feel of luxury.
Suitable for make-up and skincare formulations.
